What's really funny is that that turned out to actually be Onstad, in the end. I was just scrolling through all the comments he's left, it's surprising how many were lamed either because A. we believed it was just some internet fuckwit who had taken the name or B. we thought that by laming Onstad we could grab some internet immortality.

I like the flowchart strips, but I typically read my comics at 6:45am, so my mind is still a pile of mush..so they're too hard sometimes.

Therefore I have to read them twice, so I can honestly laugh out loud, sans mush.

In the realm of Achewood dialog that has entered the public lexicon, "Why even I call you is permanent mystery" has entered mine. For proper effect you have to do the cheesy fake-Russian accent when you say it.

I just love the very human interchanges between him and Lie Bot. I don't know, they just hit a chord with me.

The recursion of "on?" - "no" makes me think far too much. Are we being told that Vlad is aware that he is off? If so, then is Vlad ever truly off? What does 'Off' actually mean? Is this conscious/unconscious recursion what gives Vlad his sentience?
