i wanted to enjoy this movie as a kid but i couldn't watch past this scene. i just couldn't figure that a guy would do something so nasty

I think that since my mom was so anti-that scene made it easier for me to get past it.

Was a sock really the best thing they could find to represent the ding dang worm?

I don't think you could find anything that represents a ding dang worm better than a sock.

Not to mention a white button up shirt and black tie to represent Captain Kirk?

The worm went in Chekov's ear. And Paul Winfield's.

And the guns. Although Teodor would be hard-pressed to pick up Beef one-handed like Khan could do to Chekov.

if we had audio of this, those last 2 panels would be So awkward sounding.

He's clearly not comfortable in the role.

I love how Beef has to lean in for T�odor to reach his ear with the sock.

panel 4, his face is just so perfect. he is leaning forward to recieve it.

This one gets a 5 because Onstad resisted the insanely overused scene of Shatner screaming "Khan!" A funny quote, to be sure, but too often seen

"Buried alive... buried alive...."

that ding dang worm hella killed him!

The Roomba!s are so superfluous to the execution of this scene. They are not necessary.

That's what makes it awesome.

Much like Geometry.

I can picture the set-up for this one
BEEF: (anticipating struggle w/ Teodor) Dibs on being Kirk
TEODOR: Sure
BEEF: (shocked T. did not put up more of a fight.) Ooooooohhhhh Shhhiiiiiittttttt.

Once again, the worm (a "ceti eel"), is put in Chekov's and Dave Winfield's ears, not Kirk's.

Paul Winfield. Although there should be more baseball players in sci-fi movies.

I stand corrected and uncertain as to what the hell I was thinking on that. I have shamed those who love me.

It's a shame Teodor didn't spring for Ricardo Montalban's fake pecs on this one.
